A balance of wins and fails
The deluxe king bungalow offered decent privacy and was well-appointed. Golf cart access helped with navigating the vast property seamlessly.
Dining options were quite pricey , which might leave guests feeling that their budget was stretched unnecessarily.

Lovely vibe, but needs a few tweaks
Got a deluxe king bungalow which was pretty decent and gave us nice privacy. The grounds are stunning with lots of wildlife, but the cleanliness was a bummer—saw some dusty areas and dirty floors. Food at the Fasano restaurant was top-notch though! Service by the pool? Not so much. felt kinda ignored. Overall, a mixed bag.

Beautiful surroundings enhanced my overall experience.
The check-in process was chaotic and poorly managed, setting a frustrating tone for the entire stay. Although management attempted to make amends after repeated complaints, it felt more like an afterthought than genuine concern for guest satisfaction.

The beautiful property boasts incredible views and spacious, well-decorated bungalows. While the restaurant's food and service were exceptional, overall service was inconsistent and cleanliness was lacking in some areas.
